European African Middle Eastern Campaign Medal

1. Description: This medal is awarded for service in the European-African-Middle Eastern Theater between 7 Dec 41 and 8 Nov 45, under the same conditions described under those for the Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal. The same also applies in awarding the Bronze Service Star and Arrowhead device.

2. Ribbon: The medal is 1 1Ú4 inches in diameter, depicting a landing scene beneath the words "European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign." The ribbon is principally dark green, edged with brown bands separated from the green by green, white, and red stripes on the left (wearer's right), and by white, black, and white stripes on the right (wearer's left). IN the center are equal blue, white, and red stripes. The blue stripe is worn to the wearer's right.
