You know, the recycle and make something useful theme? One day I decided to make beads out of paper. As with all my projects, I researched on the Internet. The pattern I settled on is triangular shaped and my recycle material is mail order catalogs. After I'd made several hundred beads, it was time to sort them by color, size, quality, etc. Even hand crafted beads need spacers when strung, as well as wired to string them on and clasps. I've turned out a rather nice collection that I sell.
